How to read the map?
Locate your block (A, B, C, etc.) on the map above to find your seat in the stalls, circle or balcony. Then locate the position of the entrance assigned to your seat. Once there, go to your block and identify your row and seat number.
How to choose the right seat?
Find the best place to attend an eventThe Accor Arena is a legendary venue, but its layout changes significantly depending on the event. Whether you are attending a concert, sporting event, or other occasion, the ‘best’ seat will vary. Here is a guide to help you choose based on your priorities.
For total immersion: the Pit
This is where the atmosphere really comes alive. The Fosse Or is located right at the foot of the stage. It's the holy grail for seeing the artist, but be prepared to stand for a long time and be a little cramped and jostled. The classic pit is a little further back, giving you more space, but you'll be further away from the stage.
💡 Tip : Ideal if you want to dance and experience the energy of the crowd. Avoid if you dislike crowds or want an unobstructed view of the entire stage.
The best compromise: the lower tiers
It is often in the lower tiers (Gold or Category 1) that you find the best combination of comfort and visibility.
Blocks O, P, N or E, F, G are located at the sides of the stage. You are close enough to see the performers' expressions while seated.
With the blocks facing the stage, you have a perfect view of the entire set design and lighting effects. The sound is often the most balanced here because you are facing the speakers.
For sports enthusiasts (basketball, tennis, MMA)
To enjoy a sporting event in the best possible conditions, the goal is centrality.
Blocks M, N, O or D, E, F located in the middle are perfect for not missing any of the action on either side of the pitch.
💡 Beware of vertigo : The highest tiers (Category 3) are very steep.
Luxury and comfort: VIP boxes and lounges
The boxes, located halfway up, offer breathtaking views, premium seating and often access to a private bar/buffet. VIP access is via a dedicated entrance on the Boulevard de Bercy side.

To reach Accor ArenaPublic transport
The Accor Arena is served by numerous public transport. The RATP and the SNCF guarantee you quick access to the arena.
- RER A et D: Stop at Gare de Lyon
- Metro Line 1 : Stop at Gare de Lyon
- Metro Line 6 or 14 : Stop at Bercy
- TER and Intercités Trains : Paris Bercy Bourgogne - Pays d'Auvergne railway station
The Accor Arena is also accessible by bus. Here are the nearest stops:
- "Bercy Arena" stop: Bus 71 and Bus 215
- "Ministère de l'Economie et des Finances" stop: Bus 24, 77, 87, N32, N35
- "Gare de Bercy" stop : Bus 24, 71, 77, 87, 215, N32, N35
Access map
Here is the location of the various entrances to the Accor Arena. For the general public, the main entrance is the Grand Hall. It is located on the esplanade.
For the audience in the stalls, entry is via the Orchestre entrance.
Access to the boxes and VIP lounges is via the dedicated entrance on Boulevard de Bercy..
Bikes
To come by bike, Vélib’ stations are located near Accor Arena particularly on Boulevard de Bercy (Esplanade entrance) and Rue de Bercy.
By car
The Accor Arena is located in the Bercy district, and there are several public car parks in the vicinity of the venue.
The official car park is located at 85 rue de Bercy. It is only accessible by booking on the official website of the Accor Arena.
The official disabled parking area is located at 8 Boulevard de Bercy, Esplanade Entrance level. Car parks P1 and P2 Seine are not open to the general public.
Practical Information & Services
Practical information for a successful experienceTo ensure your visit to the Accor Arena goes smoothly, here is some essential information to avoid any unpleasant surprises. From prohibited items in the stands to bag management, here is everything you need to know before passing through security at the entrance to the main hall.
🚫 Prohibited items and security
For everyone's safety, the following items are not permitted:
- Hazardous items: Pyrotechnics, explosives, aerosols and lasers.
- Sharp objects: Scissors, box cutters, knives and various tools.
- Bulky accessories: Helmets, rigid umbrellas, flagpoles, as well as rollerblades, bicycles or scooters.
- Political symbols: Flags or banners of a political or ideological nature.
- Animals: Not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs.
The venue is 100% non-smoking (including electronic cigarettes).
🎒 Bags and Cloakroom (2€)
Luggage management is strictly regulated:
- Volume restrictions: Suitcases and rucksacks larger than 30 litres are not permitted in the hall.
- Compulsory storage: Any prohibited items must be left in storage.
- Price: Storage costs 2€ per item.
- Please note: The management accepts no responsibility for the theft of items left in storage.
🍔 Food & drinks
Bringing in outside drinks is restricted:
- Prohibited containers: Glass bottles, cans and flasks (metal or plastic).
- Volume limit: Plastic bottles larger than 50 cl are not permitted.
- Alcohol and tobacco: Alcohol is prohibited.
Bringing in outside food is prohibited. For refreshments, the Accor Arena has plenty of small food and drink counters.
- Burgers: Burgers, chips, nuggets, pickles and cheese bites are available at the burger bars located at gates D/E and P/R.
- Hot dogs: Hot dogs that you can customise to your liking are available at the counters located near gates B/C and H/I.
- Pizzas: Italian stands located at gate T and gate K offer delicious pizza slices.
- Paninis: Delicious paninis are available at gates A/B and M.
- Beer: A bar dedicated to Heineken beer is located at gates R/S.
- Champagne: A bar serving Moët & Chandon champagne is located at gate U.
- Coca-Cola: The famous American brand offers a range of fizzy and non-fizzy drinks at its eponymous bar located at gates S/T. .
💡 Cups are not returnable at the Accor Arena! Cup collection bins are located throughout the gallery as well as at the entrances/exits to the pit.
📸 Photo and Video Equipment
The venue's rules and regulations are very specific about what equipment is permitted:
- Professional equipment: Cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited without accreditation.
- Recording: All professional electronic recording devices are prohibited.
- Image rights: By entering, you agree to be filmed or photographed for the purpose of broadcasting the event.
🚶 Outings and rules of conduct
A few essential rules to ensure the show runs smoothly :
- Final exit: Any exit from the venue is final.
- Seating: You must occupy the seat indicated on your ticket.
- Anonymity: It is forbidden to cover your face to avoid being identified.
